Choose the service scope
A prefab kitchen is a coordinated component system rather than a single assembly. Base units, wall cabinets, tall units, visible panels and hardware have different constraints. An island also needs a checked footprint, usable circulation and a suitable stability plan. Choose the component to see what information is needed.
Prepare a useful request
Send the measured layout, product schedule and photographs of the actual room. Identify unfinished preparation, service locations and separate countertop work. Electrical, plumbing, gas and ventilation connections are not implied by cabinet or island installation; those responsibilities and the sequence need to be clear before booking.

Wall cabinet installation planning
Wall cabinets need a verified support arrangement, accurate layout and permission to attach to the relevant wall. A cabinet fitting the available width is only one part of the job. The assessment should establish the intended height, contents, surrounding finishes and any uncertainty about the wall before installation is priced as routine.
Base cabinet assembly and levelling
A base cabinet run must accommodate an uneven floor while preserving usable doors, drawers and the planned worktop position. Levelling is part of a whole layout, not simply making each cabinet look straight in isolation. Confirm the appliance spaces, finished heights and support arrangement before accepting the floor condition as a minor detail.
Tall pantry cabinet installation
Tall pantry units concentrate storage within a large cabinet and can be difficult to handle in a condo kitchen. Ceiling clearance, doorway turns and required wall restraint matter before assembly starts. A unit fitting the final gap does not prove it can be raised or positioned there using the manufacturer's assembly method.
Cabinet doors and drawer fitting
Uneven gaps can come from front adjustment, an out-of-square cabinet or worn hardware. The useful assessment distinguishes these causes before promising a quick hinge tweak. Whether fitting new fronts or correcting an existing kitchen, record the specific doors and drawers affected so the appointment has a measurable, agreed outcome.
Kitchen fillers and end-panel fitting
Fillers and end panels turn a cabinet run into a finished kitchen, but they also affect door clearance and access. A narrow gap against a wall may need an intentional filler rather than a cabinet pushed tight. Confirm the approved appearance and required clearances before expensive finished panels are cut.
Kitchen island fit and clearance assessment
An island can fit within a kitchen plan yet obstruct a dishwasher, fridge door or the route through the room. The assessment should consider real movement around the proposed furniture, not merely its footprint. Confirm seating, overhangs and appliance openings before buying a larger island on the basis of floor area alone.
Kitchen island assembly and stability
A kitchen island may require a specific fixing system even when it looks like ordinary furniture. A heavy worktop is not proof that the base is secure, and a movable island has different instructions from a fitted one. Confirm the product's intended installation method before deciding that assembly alone completes the job.
Follow the job through four stages
Start with assessment and options, then review preparation and access, written scope and price factors, and completion and aftercare. The links within each task keep these stages together. Your text enquiry should include the property postal code, nearest intersection, preferred date and practical building instructions.
