Review the agreed result
- Approved frame positions recorded
- Items visibly aligned to the accepted layout
- Frame fittings and attachment method documented
- Packaging and agreed work-area debris removed
The appraisal records frame dimensions, approximate item weight, rear fittings and the visible wall surface. The attending worker checks whether the proposed attachment is appropriate for the item and substrate; a photograph cannot confirm concealed wall construction or the absence of building services.
Keep the completion sequence clear
Approve the arrangement before any fixing location is made permanent. The worker checks the frame and attachment plan, completes the accepted installation, then confirms the visible position with you. Additional frames or a changed layout are separate decisions rather than assumed inclusions.
This is ordinary interior display work after suitability assessment. Valuable conservation-sensitive art, unknown fragile plaster, unusually heavy objects, inaccessible stairwell positions or restricted condominium surfaces may need a specialist or further investigation. No universal hanger capacity or damage-free removal promise should be given.
Care after the visit
Avoid adjusting the approved frame by pulling on its edge or adding objects to its back. Follow any adhesive product waiting and removal requirements. If the frame shifts, the attachment loosens or the wall surface changes, stop handling it and request reassessment.
Picture hooks, frame fittings and adhesive products are different systems with different conditions. The proposed products should match the frame and confirmed wall surface, with manufacturer limitations followed. Existing hardware supplied in a frame box should be checked rather than automatically reused.
Keep a record of an unresolved item
Compare the result with the approved written scope. Record any unfinished item, agreed exclusion or required specialist follow-up separately. Use ordinary observation and the provider’s demonstration; do not overload or destructively test an installation.
- Whole wall with nearby furniture
- Back of each different frame type
- Close view of wall condition and old holes
Planning example
The frames are installed in the accepted arrangement, but the resident notices that one appears low when viewed over the console. The completion review compares it with the agreed layout from the ordinary viewing position. An installation deviation can be corrected within the accepted outcome, while a newly preferred arrangement is discussed as a change. The final photograph records which position the owner approved.
Downtown Toronto context
A home near Union Station or CityPlace may have separate lobby and loading entrances. Include the actual service route, postal code and any building permissions. See the downtown focus perimeter and GTA enquiry guide before requesting a date.
