What this job is trying to solve
Screens, detachable accessories and stored information need different kinds of protection. Identify each device, keep compatible cables with it and let the owner handle backups or sensitive data before the equipment enters the household load.
List screens, computers, consoles and accessories by device. Record existing display damage and ask which equipment has original packaging, mounting arrangements or manufacturer-specific transport requirements.
Choose the right extent of work
Compare physical packing with installation and network configuration. A quote that includes boxes and transport may leave wall mounting and troubleshooting entirely outside its scope.
Packing does not promise data recovery, network installation or safe removal of every wall mount. Hard-wired systems and specialist audiovisual arrangements need an appropriately qualified provider.
How the work is organized
Document connections, disconnect only the agreed equipment, label paired cables and protect devices individually. Keep small remotes and mounting hardware assigned to the correct unit.
Create a clean staging area away from water and foot traffic. Wall-mounted equipment may require a separate removal appointment before packing labour can begin.

Planning example
A household describes its electronics as a television and a computer, but photographs also show a wall mount, speakers and a game console. These are separated into packing, mount removal and destination setup decisions. The owner retains responsibility for data backup and identifies devices needed immediately. The assessment avoids treating physical transport as a promise that the complete entertainment system will be reinstalled.
Downtown Toronto context
A home near Union Station or CityPlace may have separate lobby and loading entrances. Include the actual service route, postal code and any building permissions. See the downtown focus perimeter and GTA enquiry guide before requesting a date.
