A postal code starts the location discussion
Send the full six-character postal code for the property where the service is needed. Add the nearest major intersection and the actual address when confirming an appointment. A prefix identifies a larger postal area; it does not describe the building entrance, loading route or service complexity. A moving enquiry needs location details for both ends.
Downtown has physical reference points
Homeharbor’s downtown focus is grounded in the waterfront, Bathurst and Spadina corridors, University Avenue, Yonge Street and the eastern downtown near the Don. Union Station, City Hall, St. Lawrence Market and Corktown Common help orient a conversation. These are public landmarks, not company offices or customer properties. Use them to clarify where the home is, then provide the building details.
Read the map as a focus perimeter
The shaded map shows an approximate downtown coordination area. It is not a surveyed jurisdiction or an automatic acceptance geofence. Nearby homes and other GTA locations can be considered according to the service, scope and schedule. The map does not claim an office at its centre or a fixed response time from any landmark.
Explain what changes outside the core
A GTA request can involve a different driving route, parking arrangement, carrying distance or appointment sequence. Those conditions should be discussed with the job rather than converted into a price based only on postal code. A clear scope remains important wherever the home is located. Availability is confirmed after the address and requested work are reviewed.
Send one coherent request
Combine the service, postal code, intersection, preferred date, photographs or measurements and building instructions. State whether you are the resident, owner or coordinator and who can approve changes. The online booking tool prepares a text request for review.
